My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

You can't go wrong with a dog like Davina. She's such an easy "house dog" to have around your family and friends- and she's fine with strangers too. You'll be struck by just how pretty she is, too, and you won't believe that she was just dumped at a pound when she was no longer wanted or needed. She's a sweet, laidback, mostly quiet hound (unless she sees something outside) Foxhound who just wants to find the softest spot in your home, whether it's on a pillow or on top of a stack of laundry. She likes to sleep a lot as most seniors do, but she will get up and play a little bit here and there. She rides very well in the car, walks on leash or does OK with a tie-out, too. She gets along with all kinds of dogs, but has not been tested with cats yet. She loves her food as all hounds do, so have treats ready for her. She would make a great first pet or a nice companion for someone who works all day and would like to come home to a relaxed, easy-going dog. Seniors are the best! Give Davina a shot at a nice, cozy retirement in your home- you'll never regret adopting a senior dog. It's the sensible choice for so many people.
