Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Lilly is a 6 year old, 5 pound, dainty purebred Yorkie doll. She came in with Felicity (Sissy) and her other sister. Their owner developed early onset Alzheimer's disease and had to enter a nursing facility. Lilly has Addison's Disease and will have to stay on her special food. (the food is more expensive than regular pet food and must be obtained from a vet's office). We are looking for an adopter with a stellar veterinary record and who knows how to care for a delicate, beautiful baby like her!
Addison's Disease will cost the new adopter around $25-100 each month, depending on how her levels are over time. To read more about the diagnosis, click here: http://www.petmd.com/dog/conditions/endocrine/c_dg_hypoadrenocorticism
We are looking for a home without small children or cats. Lilly is very, very small and fragile. A quiet, delicate home would be best!
PLEASE NOTE: If there are any questions or concerns, we can have our veterinarian talk to the potential adopter.
If you are interested in her, and fit what we are looking for in a home, please fill out the application at: http://www.mcpawscare.org/adoption-form.php
Note: We will not respond or answer additional questions until your application is received and approved. Thank you!
