My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi! My name is Chance. I am a su'purr' loving 2 year old boy hoping to find my own second chance in life. I'm a big fan of snuggling, purring, and making cookies...it's quite obvious that someone at some point chose to love on me and call me theirs. Where that love went, I don't know. I was found abandoned on a busy but low populated road very near the manistee forest, left to fend for myself, despite the dangers of passing cars, wildlife, etc.

Thanks to the kindness of a sweet couple who took me in, i was given some much needed meals while they attempted to seek safe placement for me. The folks here at MHS agreed to take me on, and have been busy chattering about 'homes' and 'families'...apparently they think I'm deserving of those wonderful possibilities. Do you think so too? I hope you'll stop in and meet me- my best purrs and cuddles are being saved just for...
