My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Gracie is a 7 yr old girl that found herself put in the backyard left to die by her family when their house was foreclosed on. The neighbor that watch Gracie grow up and the dog that played with her children knew that she deserved better than this so she contacted us. Gracie was transport up from NM and given a much needed bath and a full vet exam. Gracie is a total lovebug wanting lots of attention and snuggling with you on the couch. She is great with kids, cats and yes other dogs. She enjoys splashing in the water and walks great on a leash or enjoying car rides with her folks. Anywhere her people are at that is where you will find her. She has a mellow disposition and she is a happy girl only wanting to please her family. She is a devoted gsd and would make anyone a super companion. Gracie has skin allergies and with meds her skin and ear condition is good and under control. She had 2 lumps removed from her, one on her face and the other on her back knee. The one on her face was diagnosed with Sarcoma Cancer. We are hopeful that all of the legs from the lump were removed and she will remain cancer free but there is a chance that some of it is still there which could show up again sometime down the road. Gracie would love her own special family to grow old with and to take care of her with her giving all the love she can in return. Seniors are often overlook but Gracie has so much to give for being part of someone life. She is house trained and can be completely trusted on her own when no one is at home with her. Won’t you consider giving this beautiful lady the opportunity to have her own loved ones during her golden years.
