Hi I'm Otis! I am a handsome, charming and very well behaved gentleman of approximately 4. I was found running around a very busy area of Boise as a stray and despite everyone's best efforts my family never came forward looking for me. So here I am and I know there is the perfect Furever out there for me. If you are my Furever I can’t wait to come shower you with love. Please fill out an application and take me home.
