Lina's Story...
Hello. My name is Lina, and I am a 13 year old female Chihuahau. I am very sweet and would like a home where I can relax with my owner the majority of the time. I came to the shelter in pretty rough shape, so the shelter staff is giving me some much needed TLC. I have cataracts and can't see much, so I need an owner who will help me find my way around the house until I'm used to it. I'd probably be fine with other dogs, cats and children. If you have a nice cozy place in your house for me, I'd sure appreciate your love and affection. I'll be waiting to meet you at the shelter!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lina, a Chino Valley Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in Chino Valley, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Chino Valley.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Chino Valley already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Chino Valley breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Chino Valley paves the way for another one to be saved.
