Glorious Lori's Story...
Hi! my name is Glorious Lori and I am looking for a loving, forever home. I was rescued from a very unsafe beach for dogs in Puerto Rico called Dead Dog Beach. I am being fostered in New Jersey and my foster family thinks I am just GREAT :)). They tell me I love everyone, am great with their dog and young children, love to play and love to cuddle too. I am also a very QUICK learner :)). What more can you ask for :)). I am about a year old, 30 lbs. full grown, spayed, fully vetted and vaccinated and microchipped. I also walk well on a leash. If you would like to meet me please email meryl@thesatoproject.com. Can't wait to meet you. Love and Kisses Glorious Lori :)).

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Glorious Lori, a Brooklyn Labrador Retriever/Pointer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Pointer for sale in Brooklyn, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Pointer dog from a breeder in Brooklyn.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Brooklyn already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Brooklyn breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Pointer breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Pointer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Brooklyn paves the way for another one to be saved.
