This cutie is a sweet guy with a lot of personality. He gets along well with other dogs, especially the ladies, and doesn't mind the cats in his foster home. Elmo was diagnosed as heartworm positive after he was rescued but has completed his treatment is healthy and ready to find his new forever family.
