My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I will give you 100% of my love, 100% of my heart, 100% of my attention, and 100% of my devotion. Ni hao, my name is Bai - that's Chinese for 100 (it's also the Chinese word for white!) so I can't possibly give you less than myself. I want to fill you up with all the pup-tastic love that you have been craving! I started out in an LA shelter as a pup, had a home for a couple of years, and then got returned for being a scaredy-dog. Wait, you think that’s funny? You hear “scaredy-cat” all the time! I don't think it is entirely my fault—I mean, if I could have maybe had some better confidence-building and socialization when I was younger, things would be different. I can't dwell on the past and what might have been, I need to look toward the future and focus on the life I want from here on out. Because I am shy and nervous with strangers, kids 6+ would be ideal for my new life. I absolutely abhor cats and don't want anything to do with them. Other dogs are completely excellent though, and I wouldn't mind sharing my home and heart with another fur buddy! I have been giving my crate training 100% and I am pretty much a master! If you have the patience to give me the time to warm up, I have 100% of all the love you could ever ask for. Good things aren't always easy, and easy things aren't always good, so remember what they say: good things come to those who wait. 2 years old-46lbs. My adoption fee is $180 and includes: neuter, microchip, reduced-cost training class, free veterinary exam, 1 month pet health insurance, leash/collar, food sample, toy & treat packet.
