Hi, my name is Eros, and I was named after the god of love because I'm a sweet black lab/ pit bull terrier mix who was born around Valentine's Day 2014. I get along great with everybody -- I'm good with people, dogs, and cats. I LOVE playing fetch and bring the ball right back to you! I also really enjoy car rides and would love an active owner with whom I can spend quality time.
I was found alone on the streets and turned into Fort Bend Animal Control when I was just six weeks old. No one knew how long I was alone, but it was obvious that I hadn't been socialized or taught proper canine manners. Fortunately my foster mom worked with me in intensive 'puppy obedience boot camp,' and I came a long way in a short period of time because I'm quite smart. I'm eager to learn and highly treat- and toy-motivated, so learning the sit command was a breeze!
I was adopted as a pup, but unfortunately my family had to return me recently. So now I need a loving lifetime family who will devote time to give me the attention, playtime, and love that I so deserve.
