Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Name: Purdy
Sex: Female
Breed: Pit/Boston Terrier mix?
Age: 2-3
Weight: 47 lbs
Good with: dogs & kids; no cats
Purdy wandered into someone's yard in TN several times, each time bringing puppies from her litter. The litter got rescued but Prudy was sadly left behind. When she came back a third time, lonely and hungry, the woman who owned the house took her in...well, into her barn. She lived in there all day and only was checked on once a day, so STAR rescued her and brought her to New England.
Purdy is now being fostered in the Boston area. Purdy is easy going, walks well on a leash, is house broken, and overall a very low maintenance dog. She is not a big toy player or chewer. Her favorite activities are walks, car rides, fun wrestling & playing chase with other dogs and hanging out with her foster family. Purdy likes to give kisses and cuddle on the couch. If you are interested in calling her your own, please complete our adoption application at www.survivortails.org!
