Flint's Story...
Flint came to us as a stray when he was approx 3 weeks old, he was found in a garage with his mom and three littermates. Flint has tested negative for feline leukemia, has had his first kitten booster, a mild deworming and he is litter trained. He is very sweet and cuddly but he is a little skittish so he would probably prefer a home without small children. If you are interested in making Flint a forever member of your family you can either email in your application or you can come to the shelter and meet him in person and fill out the application. Flint will be microchipped prior to going home with his forever family.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Flint, a New Castle Domestic Mediumhair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in New Castle, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair kitten from a breeder in New Castle.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in New Castle already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a New Castle breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in New Castle paves the way for another one to be saved.
