Gladys's Story...
Gladys - 5 year old female purebred Miniature Schnauzer. Gladys was rescued from an overcrowded LA city shelter where she came in as a stray. She was microchipped but her owner did not come to reclaim her. Glady’s has a thin coat right now we think it was due to flea allergies but now that the little pesky creatures are gone and she’s getting good nutrition we expect a nice coat in no time. Gladys has a undocked tail and weighs approximately 14 pounds.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Gladys, a Redondo Beach Schnauzer (Miniature) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Schnauzer (Miniature) for sale in Redondo Beach, or seeking a Schnauzer (Miniature) dog from a breeder in Redondo Beach.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Redondo Beach already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Redondo Beach breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Schnauzer (Miniature) breeders who help with Schnauzer (Miniature) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Redondo Beach paves the way for another one to be saved.
