Rebel is available for adoption. He came to Thea's Promise from CAC(Hans). This little man is about a year old and is full of energy. He loves going for walks and playing catch in the yard. He also knows some basic commands, we believe he may have had some prior training, this guy is smart! Rebel would benefit from a fenced in yard to run off his energy.
