Capone - Courtesy Listing's Story...
Capone is a 2 year old Mantle male with cropped and standing ears. He's been in the kennel for almost 3 months now. :-( He's been around a lot of dogs at the kennel and he is a little pushy when meeting them, but not aggressive. He would do very well with another female dog and for males, he would just need to have the proper introductions. But Capone is a people lover and seems to prefer them to other dogs. Which means he didn't interact with the other dogs much, but wanted the people's attention. We haven't had him around young kids, so he should be in a home with older kids or adults. Capone is very good with cats (used to live with 5) and would love to be in a foster home. He does not bark and everyone at the kennel thinks he's a total sweetheart. :-) He will make a wonderful addition to your home!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Capone - Courtesy Listing, a Manassas Great Dane dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Great Dane for sale in Manassas, or seeking a Great Dane dog from a breeder in Manassas.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Manassas already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Manassas breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Great Dane breeders who help with Great Dane rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Manassas paves the way for another one to be saved.
