My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

TeddyBear is a sweet lovely guy that holds true to his name. He was guessed to be somewhere around 10 yrs old but we think he may be closer to 7-8 as he still has some bounce in his step for a senior. He was picked up as a stray and taken to the shelter where he was tested heartworm positive and partially deaf. Teddybear came to colorado from kansas so he could get the treatment to cure his disease. He has received all 3 vaccinations to kill off the adult worms and heartguard preventive to take care of any babies and he is now ready for his forever home with a loving family. Teddybear loves car rides, walks, his ball and he is pretty good at fetch. He enjoys head rubs and his ears scratched. He is great with other dogs, even though he does not play with them he likes to be close and follow them around and he good with cats too. This boy is so easy going and a joy to have around we know he would make a wonderful companion for a less active home or a friend for another senior k-9. TeddyBear is deaf but he does understand some hand singles and will follow you. He is house trained with perfect manners and crate trained if need be. How can anyone say no to this beautiful face, you can see in his eyes just how loving, mellow and easy going he is. Please open up your heart and your home to give him a happy life and you will receive so much more in return. His adoption fee is $100 being a senior dog
