Tillie's Story...
My name is Tillie. I am most darling 1 year old Border Terrier mix. Know you agree that I am a cutie! I was found abandoned in a parking lot by a wonderful couple who are fostering me until I find my forever family. They want you to know that I am as sweet as can be. I’m a super affectionate girl who’s happy to cuddle on laps and give kisses. Since I only weigh 10 lbs., I fit any lap. Playing is another favorite activity of mine. I am great with children and other dogs. I would love to show you how smart and fun I am. Everyone smiles seeing my precious face. I’m a hit wherever I go. I am housebroken and healthy. I’ve been spayed, vaccinated and heartworm/Lyme tested. To make me your new best friend, please contact my friends at pals@psknet.com for an adoption application.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tillie, a Radford Border Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Border Terrier for sale in Radford, or seeking a Border Terrier dog from a breeder in Radford.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Radford already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Radford breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Border Terrier breeders who help with Border Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Radford paves the way for another one to be saved.
