Riley's Story...
Name: Riley
Breed: Dalmatian mix
Age: Adult
Gender: Female

We are in need of a new home for our dear sweet Riley. She has unfortunately started showing aggression towards other neighbor dogs and our other dog, and we are concerned for the safety of everyone when it happens. Other than her other dog aggression, we adore her. She is loyal and good tempered, eager to please and quick to learn new tricks. She knows come (as well as responding to a whistle,) sit, and kennel up. She is crate and house trained. She is a 2 YO Dalmatian mix, with the mix being unknown. She is also a fence jumper, but returns home quickly when called. She is up to date on vaccinations, front line and heartworm. We would like to see her go to a home with no other dogs, and she would do best with an active home as well. Plea

Requirements: No dogs, no cats

You can email kladams4545@gmail.com with questions and for a preadopt application. This dog has been spayed/neutered, vaccinated as age appropriate, tested for heartworm disease if age appropriate, and dewormed.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Riley, a Minneapolis Dalmatian dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Dalmatian for sale in Minneapolis, or seeking a Dalmatian dog from a breeder in Minneapolis.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Minneapolis already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Minneapolis breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Dalmatian breeders who help with Dalmatian rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Minneapolis paves the way for another one to be saved.
