UPDATE FROM FOSTER: new update from foster: She is doing exceptionally well the short time she's been in foster care! She had never been taken for a walk but in 5 minutes she was staying right by my left knee & watching for my turns. She learned the doggie door with me opening it for her only once. What a smart girl. She does not know how to play with toys, but she is a quick learner. Eats well near other dogs and is not a problem. Never a squabble and gets along well with other dogs. She loves all my customers in my shop, greets each one of them with a wagging tail.. She LOVES kids and offered her belly right away for a tummy rub, tail wagging the whole time! She does have some anxiety and she pants when she gets anxious. We are working on that and don't see any reason why she can't overcome it with a little more TLC and consistency. She is a great dog!
Shauney is new to our group. She is a 3 year old white GSD. She is completely vetted: spayed, heartworm negative and on prevention, has all of her shots and is on flea prevention. Her looks will appeal to our UT fans since she has burnt orange ear tips. Her coloring is unique and she most definitely stands out in a crowd.

Other dogs-Shauney needs to be with a family with no dogs or a strong leader who can make sure she doesn't get dominant over the other dogs.

Shauney is a friendly, happy girl that just wants to hang out with you. She plays well with other dogs of all sizes and is house trained. She sleeps freely in her foster home with her 3 foster siblings, both male and female. She has no food aggression, and is food motivated when learning new tricks. Her current foster home allows her to meet many new people on a daily basis. Shauney has been wonderful with every person she meets, and she absolutely loves children. Shauney walks well on a leash, knows “come,” “sit,” and “down.” Shauney would make a great addition to any family. She is relaxed, but also knows how to have a good time and enjoy life. She just needs her new family to make it all happen.
