Katye's Info...

Katye's Story...
Katye is a very happy and extremely affectionate little girl whose sweet face melts our hearts. Watch out for her wagging tail as she announces to the world how happy she is to be safe and receiving foster love!! She's around 27 lbs. and about 1-2 years old. A very sweet and mellow personality combined with a gentle and quiet disposition. Katye is very well-behaved and seems to respond well to training.
She is a lover of other dogs and children. Her favorite pastimes are long walks and playing with her toys. Katye will grow in a longer coat but had received a much needed spa day to undo the mangles and tangles she had when we brought her into our rescue. If you are looking for a loveable and gentle girl than Katye is your perfect choice!! Don't delay, send in your adoption application today!

Wagging Hearts is a foster-based animal rescue. Please visit www.wagginghearts.org to learn more about our adoption process, fostering information, applications as well as general information. We look forward to connecting your heart with one of our forever rescues!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Katye, a Hainesville Collie/Golden Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Collie/Golden Retriever for sale in Hainesville, or seeking a Collie/Golden Retriever dog from a breeder in Hainesville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Hainesville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Hainesville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Collie/Golden Retriever breeders who help with Collie/Golden Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Hainesville paves the way for another one to be saved.
