Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Curly and his 2 brothers were rescued from a hoarder where they lived in terrible conditions. Curly is 1.5 yrs. old and the alpha of the brothers and can be dominant. He is very confident and would probably do best as an only dog in a household. He does not get along well with cats. He is a bit of an escape artist so a secure home is essential. Despite the condition we found him in, Curly is doing well and ready to live in a home where he is loved.
Foster reports: Curly is incredibly affectionate and playful - he loves to play fetch with balls or even his Kong, loves his nylabone and has a very silly personality. He is a great lap dog and a true Mama's Boy and he is housetrained. His leash walking has improved and he does not bark at other dogs when outside the home. He responds well to male direction and firmness and discipline. He sleeps through the night peacefully in his crate next to her bed. He does have some separation anxiety and is wary of strangers on walks. He postures to protect his foster.
