Ooma Nooma's Story...
Meet Ooma! What a character! She is large and sassy! SO SWEET! What can I say! She has a weak spot for men and turkey! lol! Ooma is 4 years old and all personality (and sleep). If you are looking for a cat that WILL NOT RUN AWAY... she is your gal. She doesn't even want outside. Perhaps it is the Florida heat, or maybe she is just plain lazy. She rarely wants outside and when she goes out she stays on the porch. She LOVEs to play and will surprise you at her athletic abilities! Her favorite thing to play with is a wand type toy with a hanging fluffy! She is furry and soft like a rabbit, and her hair is thick and plush:) She loves to cuddle next to you on a pillow and seems to enjoy food a bit too much. This kitty is a chubby one:) and oh my goodness how I adore her! She would be wonderful for just about anybody and is sweet to our rescue babies (that says a lot)! Won't you give her a forever home?

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ooma Nooma, a Ocala Manx cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Manx for sale in Ocala, or seeking a Manx cat from a breeder in Ocala.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Ocala already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Ocala breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Manx breeders who help with Manx rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Ocala paves the way for another one to be saved.
