Luna's Info...

I am up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Luna's Story...
Luna is a gorgoeus gilr and loves attention. She is a bt shy when she first meets you but once she sees that you are OK, she is a beggar for some love! She will make a devoted companion for the right person. Luna is crate trained, good with kids, but will chase cats. She gets along with some other dogs but because she is still quite young(only about a year old) and still unsure of herself, she needs to build her confidence around other dogs. We are working with her on that here. Meet Luna and take home a dream! Luna will be spayed soon!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Luna, a Chiefland Australian Shepherd/Border Collie dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Australian Shepherd/Border Collie for sale in Chiefland, or seeking a Australian Shepherd/Border Collie dog from a breeder in Chiefland.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Chiefland already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Chiefland breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Australian Shepherd/Border Collie breeders who help with Australian Shepherd/Border Collie rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Chiefland paves the way for another one to be saved.
