Delilah-owner died!CATS OK's Story...
This is Delilah. Delilah is a 3-4 year old Lab/shepherd mix. She weighs about 55-60 pounds right now (she is on a "diet") Her owner passed away about a month ago and his widow cannot keep her due to dire financial circumstances. She is a very sweet girl. She is house trained, likes other dogs, cats, adults and all ages of kids. She misses her owner and needs a new loving home to be part of. This girl loves to go for walks and is very good on a leash! Delilah is the complete package for a family dog. She will continue to be a great companion dog for someone or a big family who will give her love and stability! She is heartworm free, spayed, and is excellent health. If you are searching for a good family dog or just a "pal" for yourself...look no further...Delilah is the one for you!

Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever for sale in Norwalk, or seeking a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Norwalk.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Norwalk already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Norwalk breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
