Here's what the humans have to say about me:

These adorable little twins are Ben and Jerry, two 8 year old maltese mix brothers that came to us from our Newark facility in search of a great new home. Can you believe that these two were picked up as strays in the city? They want nothing more than to be together and be with people constantly, so we can't understand how they strayed from home. They were found together and would not leave each others side, so we will be keeping them together forever. The boys really are identical and have very similar personalities as well. They are incredibly friendly, outgoing and lovable, and they make friends so easily. Within minutes of meeting you, they'll be pushing each other out of the way to see who can climb in your lap first. Ben and Jerry are very well behaved and walk well on a leash. They take treats very gently and will even sit nicely when asked. They absolutely love to go for a little run in our exercise yard, but they don't show much interest in toys. The boys really just want your attention and to have you pet them and cuddle with them. They get along with small dogs and cats, but would do best in a home with no large dogs. These two are just the perfect little pair and would make a wonderful addition to any loving family, that promises to never let them go again. File#23612 and 23613 6/11/14
