Sasha (In Foster)'s Story...
This pretty girl is Sasha. Sasha is a 2 year old Beagle mix that was found living under a fast food restaurant down south with her feral mom and brother. They were taken to a shelter, and eventually transported up to Maine. \r\nSasha is in a foster home now, learning to get comfortable with people. She has come such a long way with the patience, understanding, and love from her foster mom. \r\nSasha is a very sweet girl. She loves being with other dogs, and would do best with a family that has at least one other dog. She does not get along well with cats, so will need a home without them. Sasha would love someone who can understand where she has come from, and who can give her the time she needs to settle in and feel comfortable. Please give Sasha a chance!\r\n\r\nInterested in adopting one of our dogs? Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sasha (In Foster), a Freeport Beagle/Jack Russell Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle/Jack Russell Terrier for sale in Freeport, or seeking a Beagle/Jack Russell Terrier dog from a breeder in Freeport.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Freeport already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Freeport breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle/Jack Russell Terrier breeders who help with Beagle/Jack Russell Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Freeport paves the way for another one to be saved.
