Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Here I am. My name is Joey. Are you ready? YES, I am ready for my new home. I came from a really bad situation and I had heartworm when I came to MW BREW but I have been treated and am all set to go to the next phase of my life.
I am probably around 6 or 7 years old and weigh about 30 lbs. I am cute as you can see by my pictures. I love children but I am not that good at taking treats from my foster mom’s hand and she is training me to be more patient and gentle. I probably would do better with older children aged 6 or older. She is also teaching me to go outside to do my business and training me to walk on the leash.
I am crate trained as I have had to stay in a crate for the last month when I was being treated for the heartworms. My foster mom did take me out each evening to pet me and I sure like this.
It is new to me and I love to be a pet and not just something used to make money. Now I want to make your day happy and to be your next best friend.
If you want to talk to my foster mom about this wonderful, beautiful, affectionate beagle boy, just let her know and she would love to tell you all about me. I am ready if you are!
