Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Cody is a well mannered 11 year old boy. He absolutely loves snuggling and being rubbed. He gets very excited for dinner, but can be a bit picky. Expect to have a handsome lunch date if you have bread or turkey! He is 20 pounds, but is working on slimming down. He sleeps all night in the crate and will cry in the morning when he needs to go potty. He also cries if you don't tuck him in before bed :) spoiled boy. He doesn't like a lot of activity in his face (puppies) and would do best in a quieter, laid back home. He would prefer a home that doesn't have young children because hey he's ready to relax and retire :) He occasionally gets short spurts of energy where he plays with his foster brother, but he really loves to just be a couch potato with someone there to rub him. He will ask you to cover him up on the couch even when its 90 degrees outside... typical iggy! He is potty trained and let's you know when he needs to go by crying at the door. He isn't a velcro iggy, but he doesn't like it if we're outside and I run inside for something. He will stare at the door and cry for me to come back. He walks well on a leash and loves greeting people. He enjoys visiting the farmers market in the morning and has already been to a dog festival. He is always on his best behavior in public and enjoys the attention. He is great in the car and also knows basic commands. His teeth are great for a man of his age and his vision and hearing are still good too. Although he prefers I stay home with him all day to pamper him, he is great when I do leave and always greets me with a wagging tail. This guy is ready to leap (ok well maybe not leap but walk slowly) into your arms and love you for the rest of his days!
