DUTCH's Story...
Oh, my goodness! What a precious baby boy! Little Dutch is a Labrador Retriever/Shepherd mix, and he was 3 weeks old when he came to PAWS on 5/14/2014.. He has a sad story. His mom died and his family didn't have time to bottle feed him and his brother and sister, so they asked us to take them. So, he lost his mom, his family, and his happy home---all at the same time.! However, he has grown and thrived, and now he is looking so very, very hard for a home of his very own and a family who will love him for the rest of his life. He is a little cutie, and he will be so much fun to have around the house. Give him a chance and take him home today---he will be the best friend you've ever had and will love you unconditionally!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

DUTCH, a Anna Labrador Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Anna, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) puppy from a breeder in Anna.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Anna already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Anna breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Anna paves the way for another one to be saved.
