My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Poor Alice. This delightful dog needs an understanding, loving owner. She was likely abused and/or used as a breeding dog, and she hopes her next owner will treat her much better.

This 10 year-old was called a Catahoula mix by County, but we can see a lot of Cattle Dog in her. She's healthy but sometimes timid, and she'll tuck her tail and pull away if spooked.

Alice's perfect adopter will give her a lot of love and affection. She gets along well with dogs, cats and people of all ages – but she doesn't want to wrestle, so the most rambunctious kids and dogs would be too much for her. Alice has a heart of gold, and she'll surely make her new family love her as much as we do.
