Archie is a small beagle mix who was just too cute to leave at the shelter. He stands 14 inches tall and is a little chunky at 26 pounds. He was well cared for in his previous life and had been neutered early. It is a shame his family never came looking for him.

Archie lives with a pack of beagles at his foster home. He gets along with all, but can be a little possessive of his spot on the couch. Especially when he has a prized spot next to his person, but he is learning to share! He loves to play chase in the yard and wrestle with any and all. He has great house manners. He has never had an accident and uses the dog door like he was raised with one. He has free run of the house but does go to the kennel without complaint at meal times. Archie is a slow eater and needs the kennel to keep his food safe from the piggy eaters in the pack!

Archie has a sweet and loving nature. He can be a little shy when meeting new people, but warms up quickly if they like a snuggle bunny! Cuddling up next to a person is his all time favorite activity! He will do well with any family. Apply today to give this wonderful boy a new life with you.
