Buffy, new to our program, is an adorable, scruffy blond 14# gal that could possibly be Lakeland terrier mixed with Lhasa Apso (giving her the cute hair. She weighed 14.4 pounds the day she was spayed. Buffy walks well on a leash, rides well in a car, appears to be house trained and is an all around great gal.
