Alice's Story...
Alice is a young, mini Aussie mix. She is the perfect size (25 pounds), gets along great with other dogs of all sizes, and loves to cuddle with people. She loves to play and would do best in a home with other pets. Alice has gorgeous, wavy, medium-length hair. She is doing well on her housebreaking, and she is well behaved in her crate. She likes to go on walks and is fine around children.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Alice, a Gainesville Australian Shepherd/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Australian Shepherd/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) for sale in Gainesville, or seeking a Australian Shepherd/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog from a breeder in Gainesville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Gainesville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Gainesville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Australian Shepherd/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) breeders who help with Australian Shepherd/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Gainesville paves the way for another one to be saved.
