My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, I'm JJ! I might look small, but I make up for that with my BIG personality. I might only be two years old and 10 lbs, but I'm up for a good adventure, and my foster mom says I have TONS of sass. I loooove to be outside, but also am satisfied curling up in my bed or crate and resting while my foster mom does work. I'm even pretty good outside the crate. No chewing or messes yet, though she's not sure if I'm 100% house-trained just yet.

I like other dogs and want to play SOOO badly with the resident cats, rats, and birds. I think they're SUPER EXCITING. I could probably get along with any dog-saavy animals. I'm good on my leash and love going for long walks, and am really good at sitting on command.

I love my people and am a wiggly, dancey-prancey little thing who will entertain you all day! I especially love rolling around on the floor, perching on things, and generally being cute. That being said, I need some time to get used to strangers, and I don't think I want to hang out with those jumpy littler humans - I never know what they're going to do and it makes me uncomfortable. I will need a confident leader in the house, otherwise, I'll just run the show. My foster mom says that I have to learn to NOT be the boss. Hmph. We'll chat about that.

I love snuggling and sitting with my people, giving kisses, having my belly rubbed, all the good things in life. But I need it to be on my terms. So many people think that just because I'm BEAUTIFUL, I should be petted. Earn my trust, and you'll get my love. How about that?

The adoption fee is $375.

Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable, so for most of the dogs we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each dog as an individual and will do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not by breed label.
