Ginger's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Ginger's Story...
Ginger just came to our group from the Roswell shelter in early June 2014, and we are hoping to find her a family to give her a fresh start so she can forget her past. She has obviously been used for breeding...and is a bit shy. She is about 5 years old. Her awesome foster family will take things slow with her and show her people are loving and safe. She is spayed, microchipped and vaccinated and is ready for her new home! Email secondchancenm@yahoo.com for more info!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ginger, a Rio Rancho American Pit Bull Terrier/Mastiff dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Pit Bull Terrier/Mastiff for sale in Rio Rancho, or seeking a American Pit Bull Terrier/Mastiff dog from a breeder in Rio Rancho.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Rio Rancho already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Rio Rancho breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Pit Bull Terrier/Mastiff breeders who help with American Pit Bull Terrier/Mastiff rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Rio Rancho paves the way for another one to be saved.
