My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Smokey is a domestic shorthair cat who was recently surrendered to us by his owner. They were going through a change in their lives and could no longer care for them.

He's a 2 year-old who will purr the moment you pick him up. He was a bit stressed when he first arrived with us, but he's relaxing nicely and getting used to the sights and sounds of the adoption center.

Smokey gets along with dogs but we're not sure of his cat experience yet. He can startle easily, so it may be best for the people in his household to be above 10 years of age. This fellow is a warm, lovely cat who will surely make his new owners very happy.
