Friendly, Friendly, FRIENDLY! Toby has such an incredibly sweet disposition and just wants to snuggle up to everyone she meets! He is great with kids, loves going for walks and enjoys being petted. Toby is eager to please and ready to find his forever home and family to spoil him.

Toby was surrendered by his owner to a local shelter who called NASPR to help find a home for this very sweet boy. Toby is @ 5 yrs old, petite in size, heart worm negative, neutered, current on all vaccinations. He has obviously been well cared for and loved. I know he misses having a home of his own.
