My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Tucker is Adopted

Tucker is currently being fostered in the Mentor/Painesville OH area, and his adoption donation is $325

Tucker is a beautiful, all black, male cocker spaniel. He is estimated to be about 8-10 months old. He was left behind when his family was evicted from the home and moved out of state.
Tucker is a super sweet boy, however he is also very timid, and appears to have some separation anxiety issues. We believe this issue probably stems frpm being abandoned by his family.
He just wants to be loved, he is starved for affection, and wants to feel secure by being with his person ALL the time. He loves other dogs and is very playful with them, he wants to be part of the "pack"
Tucker appears to be housetrained, he knows to go outside, however due to his timidness, he does get spooked when approached sometimes, and will have submissive urination accidents.
This lil cocker boy has the sweetest spirit, and it is very sad that he is so afraid of being abandoned again. He is so young to have already experienced such trauma in his short life.
His adopters will need to have patience and confidence, to retrain his separation issues, and show him he is not going to be abandoned. Someone who is home alot and is able to work with him will be the best fit for him.

Tucker will be neutered in a few days, and will receive all of his vaccines prior to adoption.
