Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Coco is a timid buff girl. She's only a year old or so, but she's lived in two homes before being sent to a shelter because her family didn't have time for her. All these moves has given this little sweetheart some trust issues. Her first day at the Cocker Inn was traumatic with the strange human trying to touch her and all the foster dogs trying to sniff her. By the second day she had made sort of friends with most of the foster dogs and bonded tightly to the female human, staying close to her ankles at all times. The male human was still a little threatening to her, but after several cookies and a bit of time, she's ok with him, but still doesn't want him to touch her. On the third day, she'll come to the man, if he has cookies, but affection is going to take a little more time. We think Coco is going to be a wonderful companion, but her forever family is going to have to be patient and go slow with her taking time to let the trust build at her pace.
