Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Tiger is just terrific! He's a senior soft coated WheatenTerrier that was rescued from the LCDK. Tiger came in in horrific condition. He was so dirty you really couldn't even tell what kind of dog he was. This sweet boy has spent a few weeks in a loving foster home and is now ready for his furever home. His foster family loves him to death but know it's time for him to move on.
This is what Tiger's foster mom had to say about him. "Tiger is very loving and loves being around people, but also enjoys his quite time. He gets along well with other dogs (lives with two other dogs), we're not sure about cats. He's good with older kids. He is house trained but would do better in a home where someone is home most of the time. He enjoys taking short walks." A quieter home with older dogs and older kids would be best for Tiger.
If Tiger sounds like the kind of dog you're looking for please contact Mary at volunteer@friendshipapl.org to set up an appointment to see him. He is currently still living in his foster home.
