Jake is one of those dogs in your life that you meet and just feel comfortable being around immediately. He has a calm demeanor but still wants to be with someone more than being left alone for 9 hours a day. This Hound mix boy is a year old and weighs 55 pounds. He is a calm year old boy that loves to hang out with people and go for nice jogs along the trail or roadways. He is an avid car rider with no motion sickness and loads up beautifully. He is crate trained but does not care to be crated for a long work day. Easy with all events, dogs and cats in life, Jake will sit and shake and promises to learn more if you care to teach him. He got spoiled at his foster home. He had all the fun things in life there; a kiddie pool to lay in on hot summer afternoons, other dogs to play with, a fenced backyard and a chance to be himself once he got out of the kill shelter in KY. He is handsome and his expressive eyes and smiling face will light up your life and home if you take him home and call him your best friend.
