Born in approximately November 2013, Neve (pron. Neh-veh - it's Italian for "snow") is a female Great Pyrenees/Labrador Retriever mix who is available for adoption from Mikey's Chance! She is friendly with other dogs, and absolutely loves children and will do best in a home with them. Neve is eager to make new friends, but she can be a little timid around strangers and does best with people who are calm and relaxed. She's pretty mellow, but she does like having plenty of space to roam and sniff interesting smells and would not be a good choice for an apartment or small yard.She also loves to dig and will do so if bored or left unattended in the yard. She weighs around 65-70 lb, but she's underweight and probably not fully grown; we expect her to grow to at least 80 lb. Neve doesn't know much, but she wants to please and should respond well to positive training.
Like all Mikey's Chance dogs, this dog will come to you from a foster home that has provided loving one-on-one attention, socialization and some basic training, as well as quality food and exercise.
