My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, I'm Cagney! I'm about 10 weeks old, and weigh just over 8 pounds. I came from Kentucky along with my little sister Lacey. I look like a terrier, and have a short little tail. I was really scared when I first got here, but after a few days in a foster home I started making friends with all the dogs and people I met. I even learned to sleep in a crate at night and then go potty outside!

Although I'm kind of shy, once I get to know you I'd like to sit in your lap and give you kisses, then I like to explore! My previous foster mom said I'm such a sweet, easy-going, quiet little girl that she wishes she could keep me and my sister too! I just wish I could find my forever home, so I have someone to pet me and play with again. I'm here at Wilmette Pet Center, hoping to meet more people. Why don't you come and meet me?

You can come and meet me at my temporary foster home, Wilmette Pet Center (625 Green Bay Road) anytime during store hours, 7 days a week (847-251-6750). You might want to adopt me right on the spot - but please know you will have to complete an application first!

My adoption fee of $350 includes: vet exam, distemper and bordetella vaccinations, routine deworming, flea control, microchip and spay.
