My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

DOB June 8, 2010.

Charles will fool you at first with his quiet and shy demeanour, but give him a few weeks with you and he will soon be following you around your home chatting up a storm! While at first he really likes his own space and will only come out of hiding for a tasty treat or a good mouse toy, he shortly gets playing at night, greeting you in the morning and when you return home from work. He really likes being around people and getting regular pets. His favorite thing is to sit in the windows looking at the world below and getting yummy treats like cheese, tuna, and avocado while watching you make your meals.

Charles came in as a surrendered pet without a name, with tons of fleas and sores from the fleas, and bad gingivitis and tartar. He sometimes may beg for food, so treats are always appreciated! As much as he can, he likes to be in the same room as his human friends, and if you get up to leave, he's almost always following right behind you chatting away. He is learning how awesome indoor life is, but sometimes Charles gets a little overwhelmed and will hiss. He also has a funny quirk of sticking his tongue out. Charles is a great guy and only gets better with time spent together!
