Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Champ! Champ is a 3 year old neutered, Lhasa Apso/Affenpinscher. Champ is such a wonderful boy and it is very hard to believe that someone would give him up. He is very playful and treat motivated and could learn just about any trick! Champ would love a home where he could hang with you but also enjoy the outdoors often. He would make a great running partner and loves going out to places like the Irvine Spectrum and Home Depot with our volunteers. Champ is house trained and although he doesn't mind other dogs he would do best as the only pet in his future home. He would thrive with a new person who could give him structure, consistency and has prior experience with dogs.
The Pet Rescue Center is now a Best Friends “No More Home Pets Network Partners” and is participating in a special holiday promotion through the month of December making Champ’s adoption fee only $25!
ADOPTION PROCESS: Pets are visited by appointment (times are flexible). Please email adopt@thepetrescuecenter.org to arrange a meeting time. This process allows potential adopters to spend adequate time with their prospective pet and prevents long wait times. All interested parties must fill out an Adoption Application, which will be reviewed to find the best possible match. You can find our application online at: http://www.thepetrescuecenter.org/adopt/adoption-application.html. Completed applications can be submitted online, faxed to (949) 743-5878 or emailed to: adopt@thepetrescuecenter.org Our adoption fee is $300 for dogs and $150 for cats, and includes spay/neuter, microchip, flea treatment, deworming, regular veterinary check-ups, and current vaccinations. This fee helps to defray the costs of medical care, supplies and boarding while the animals are in our care. The Pet Rescue Center is a 501c3 non-profit organization that seeks to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome pets from high kill shelters and is temporarily housed inside the Alicia Pet Care Center at 25800 Jeronimo Rd. Suite 100, Mission Viejo, CA 92691.
