My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Nanas was a filthy, matted mess when he was rescued but all it took was a few hours with our glam squad and we have a handsome terrier mix who is going to make a great companion. Just 3 years old and 12lbs, this little guy loves attention but can get a little jealous of other dogs. He would do better as an only dog because of his jealousy. He has some resource guarding of laps and gets very jealous if another dog is in the lap he wants to be in or if the other dogs are getting attention. He is working on crate training. Nanas walks well on leash but he can get a little crazy is he sees another dog while leashed and will bark and generally get overexcited. He won't play at the park but will play at home. He goes nuts when he sees squirrels, dogs and cats so he has a strong prey drive. At home, though, he is dog and cat-friendly. Working on housebreaking - only one accident this week! He is comfortable with children and has a medium energy level. He rarely barks, is not destructive when left alone, and is not nervous with men or strangers. Looking for a lap dog who will give you love and kisses? Then Nanas is your guy!
