Susannah's Story...
Hi there! My name is Susannah and I am a very cute little Tuxedo girl. I was born in a family’s home on April 12, 2014. They had rescued my pregnant mom and took care of her. I was born with 4 brothers! So I had a wonderful start with my mom to feed me and a family to love and handle me since birth. When we were old enough the family called Stray Cat Blues and my foster mom took all of us to live with her and lots of other kittens and 2 big dogs! We have a very active home and it’s lots of fun.

I am a very active, playful girl! I love to play with all kinds of toys and run around with the others. My favorite toys are a cat teaser and ping pong balls which I chase at the speed of light! I like to nap on my foster mom’s bed and have her sit and pet me. That’s where she took my picture! I had fun posing for her and listening to the camera make noise. I love having her hold me and I can really purr! Then I’m off playing again.

Susannah is spayed, litterbox trained, has received age-appropriate vaccinations, and tested negative for FeLV and FIV.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Susannah, a Colmar Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Colmar, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Colmar.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Colmar already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Colmar breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Colmar paves the way for another one to be saved.
