Cindy's Story...
Oh my looks like I ended up in animal control and I'm a adorable rat terrier daschund mix female about 7 months old. I am lost in all this noise and hub bub. I guess someone didn't want me, but don't know why. I wag my tail, give kisses and just as huggable as anything around. , our shelter is so full they are having to put down good healthy dogs now and that is very sad. . . I am ready for my forever home and will be happy to show you how easy we great shelter dogs adjust Since we stay in a cage, we're already almost crate trained.. Please come see me soon. My view in here is pretty bad and I can't even look out of the window. Lincoln County Animal Services is located at 650 John Howell Memorial Drive (off Wilma Sigmon Rd) in Lincolnton. we are open 11 to 4:30 M-Sat. The adoption fee of $85 includes my spay , rabies, microchip and up date on vaccines. when you adopt I then go to vet to be neutered and you pick me up there. Thanks for looking at me, I'm sure hoping you find me worth a visit. And I'm going to be a pretty smart cookie when I grow up. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Cindy, a Lincolnton Rat Terrier/Dachshund dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Rat Terrier/Dachshund for sale in Lincolnton, or seeking a Rat Terrier/Dachshund dog from a breeder in Lincolnton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Lincolnton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Lincolnton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Rat Terrier/Dachshund breeders who help with Rat Terrier/Dachshund rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Lincolnton paves the way for another one to be saved.
