My story

Hi, I’m Luci!

I’m a terrier mix and was I born in August of 2009. I’m a very loving companion,
even though I seem shy at first! Once you get to know me, I will play with you, do
tricks for you (in exchange for treats of course), and snuggle with you any time
you’d like.

I love my foster mom so much that she says I have become her little shadow! I also live with three other dogs in my foster home, so that means I have to share my foster moms lap with three other dogs – so I’d say that I’m pretty good at sharing!

My foster mom and I are currently working on my crate training – specifically so
that I can get a little bit more comfortable with sleeping at night in my crate.
I’m very good with children ages nine or older, but I can get a little nervous
around children who are younger. I would do best in a home with a lot of patience
and understanding, without children (or with older children) and/or with an easy-
going dog.
