Facts about Moza

  • Breed: Domestic Shorthair
  • Color: Brown Tabby
  • Age: Adult
  • Sex: Female
  • Hair: Short
Its hard to tell by looking at a photo, but Moza is a tabby beauty. She is curious, affectionate, and very playful. A true gem of a gal but she gets overlooked in this world of cats here. We get the sense that Moza would rather not share you or your home with other animals. On her own, she is playful and curious, but multi-cat enclosure life is hard for this independent cat. She is becoming more trustful though and likes to meow at visitors. She is in the beginning stages of kidney failure, so she will require more medical care. However, she will do much better in a home where she can live out the rest of her days.

We get the sense that Moza would rather not share you or your home with anyone else. Some cats love to have their people all to themselves. Moza is one of these cats! On her own, she is playful and curious, but multi-cat enclosure life is hard for this independent cat. She needs an adult household where she can be herself.

About Our Rescue Group...

Gillian Lange President and Founder of The Lange Foundation has been rescuing dogs and cats for more than 40 years.
We stand behind every animal in our care. If the owner dies or if the owner is no longer able to provide care, the animal comes back to us. Our kennel houses about 40 dogs and 100 cats on any given day, and we are open to the public 365 days a year. Our hours are 11:00am-5:00pm seven days a week.

Come Meet Our Pets...

We have a Kennel open to the public:

open everyday 11:00am-5.00pm

Our Adoption Process...

+ The Lange Foundation requires possible adopters to complete a two page adoption application form. Based on that information we decide if the home and the pet are compatible. We do not do same-day adoptions.
+ We do do a home check if you are adopting a dog.
+ If all the above is complete and approved we proceed to fill out a contract with the adopter.
+ We do have a fee and it depends on the age of the pet you are choosing to adopt. Please call us for more information about our adoption fees.
+ All of our dogs and cats are spayed/neutered, fully vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, and up to date on flea preventative. Cats are FIV & FELV tested.
